Trading

For the great majority of time Steam servers are working perfectly fine. Sometimes, they take the servers down in order to perform maintenance, e.g. patching software for security issues, updating operating systems or drivers, or installing new hardware. Although some downtime isn't planned. If they have an e.g. hardware failure, a problem with the network, or a problem with our point-of-presence provider the downtime just happens.

On Skinomat you can sell items from Counter-Strike 2, Team Fortress 2, Rust and Dota 2. After successful trade on Steam, you can receive money in the form of Skinomat Balance or withdraw it directly to your wallet. You can stack your Skinomat Balance and cashout it later. We explain the whole process below.

There are many reasons why you are unable to trade your items. Please make sure to check all possibilities to resolve the issue. To trade you have to set your Steam profile and Steam inventory from "Private" to "Public". You can do this in the Steam profile's settings. You need to have an active Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your Steam account for at least 7 days. You also may be unable to trade or use the market if your account has been banned from trading by Steam Support. Depending on the severity of the violation, you may receive a temporary or permanent trade ban.

On Skinomat each item has a status, which declares if it is available for trade. Statuses updates according to our current stock and general demand. Unfortunately we don't know and can't predict when the item's status will change. To check them just hover the cursor over an interesting item. There should appear a pop-up informing you about the current item's status.
