How long does the cashout take?
This article will explain how long it takes to receive your money.
If you have not received your money after selling your items, the first thing to do is check your transaction status. Here is how you can do it:
- Click in the top right corner (1) and choose "Transactions" (2)
- Find the transaction you are having trouble with and click "View"
- You will see the transaction status at the top of the window.
- If the transaction is marked as "Completed," the money has already been sent to you!
- If the transaction is marked as "Protected," please check at the bottom of the window. You will see the date and time when the Trade Protection expires and when your payment will be sent.
The transaction is completed, but I still have not received my money
No worries! Depending on the payment method you chose, it can take a little time for the money to arrive.
PayPal
PayPal payments are sent right after the Trade Protection expires. However, due to processing time, it can take up to 3 hours for the money to be credited to your PayPal account.
Litecoin
As with any other payment, it is sent immediately after the Trade Protection ends. However, from our experience, the LTC arrives within a few minutes, but sometimes it can take a few hours. Please be patient, your money is on the way!
Bitcoin
Unfortunately, Bitcoin is the slowest cryptocurrency to be credited. In our experience, the processing time can vary from a few minutes to a few days. It all depends on the network load. Nevertheless, please remember that your payment was sent to you once the Trade Protection passed.
