Why are some of my skins not accepted?

First please make sure that your item is not affected by the 7 days trade lock after trading. Some items are not accepted because:

  • They are too low value
  • The items’ price is unstable
  • We already have too many of your item(s) in stock

How do we price skins?

Item values are calculated based on their Steam Market price, some items may have lower item prices because of low volume or the price being unstable. We always try to offer you the best price possible for your items!

What cashout methods are available?

We offer a wide range of methods you can withdraw your funds to. These consist of the following:

PayPal
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Litecoin
YooMoney
Payeer
Qiwi

If we currently don’t have a method that you can use, please let us know via our Live Support on methods you would like to see and if there is demand we will try our best in order to add these methods to our site as soon as possible.

How long must i wait for my payment?

All Crypto Currency payments are sent almost instantly and can be tracked whilst confirming on the blockchain.

For online wallets please expect up to one hour delay due to transaction verifications.

Bank Transfer & Credit Card load should take up to 7 days for your banking institution to clear.

How do I use the Steam Mobile App?

All Steam Accounts need to be verified using the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator in order to trade items with others. You can download the Steam app on both iOS and Android.

  • Download the app on your chosen platform.
  • Next, you will need to sign in and confirm the device (as shown below):

  • After you’ve logged into your account you will need to activate Steam Authenticator on Steam Guard (as shown below):

  • After complete Authenticator activation by SMS to enable it.

Please note, after enabling Steam Guard Authenticator to your account, you will not be able to sell your skins for up to 15 days. After this time you will freely be able to sell your skins and get money instantly with Skinomat.

What are my Steam Account requirements?

Your account must be in good standing, without any trade nor community bans. Please also take note of any Steam temporary trade restrictions which may occur because of recent account changes.

To trade items your account needs to be linked to a phone number via the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator, which can be downloaded from the Steam website.

Make sure you have added a correct Trade URL on Skinomat so we can load your inventory.
